On-site Assessments: Conduct on-site assessments of project and program teams, portfolio and program alignments, program and project manager skill sets, strategic and business strategy alignment with portfolios, programs, and projects, and other on-site assessments as necessary.
One-on-one Project Team Work: Work side-by-side with the project team to correct issues with the project and to align the project with the business. Will highlight changes necessary and will work with the executive management team as well as with the project manager to correct issues.
Shadow Management/Mentoring: Provide shadow management or mentoring of portfolio, program, or project manager for a stated duration with a written plan for internal program to continue following the program to enable the organization to initiate their own internal program.
Procedures or Guidance Documentation: Draft procedures or guidance in various areas of strategic or business planning or portfolio, program, project management developed specifically for your organization.
Develop a Networking/Communication Program: Develop a networking or communication program designed specifically for your organization to handle networking internally for your organization for program and project management training. Develop a risk communication program for your organization for both communication internally and externally. Develop project communication packages for communicating with executive management teams.
Program and Project Reviews: Conduct independent program and project reviews to highlight needed and exigent changes to the management of programs and projects to assist the organization in managing the scope, schedule, and budget of their programs and projects.
Establishing a Program/Project Management Office: Assistance in establishing a program/project office for the purposes desired within the organization.
